Delete your
online account.

Budget Flow works without an account, so most people never have one. If you do, this page deletes it — the sign-in itself and everything Budget Flow keeps in the cloud for it — without installing the app.

What is deleted

Your sign-in, your synced budget (accounts, transactions, categories, bills, goals and settings), any receipt images stored in the cloud, your encrypted account key and the list of devices signed in to the account. Every device signed in to it stops syncing, signs out, and clears the copy it was holding the next time it opens.

What this page cannot do

It cannot reach your phone or your Mac. A budget stored only on a device stays on that device. To remove it, open Budget Flow there and use Clear this device in Settings → Data tools. Inside the app, deleting your account offers to keep that budget as an offline budget instead — this page does not, because it has no device to keep it on.

It cannot be undone

There is no recovery period and no backup we can restore from. Export your data first if you may want it later: Settings → Data tools → Export.

Confirm it is your account

Sign in with the email address and password you use in Budget Flow. We ask because deleting an account is permanent, and nobody but the account holder may do it.

Signing in with a recovery key, or with a backup email, is only available inside the app. If you cannot sign in here, open Budget Flow and use Settings → Account & cloud → Delete account.
